I got some 22s also. Made a little rack to hold some and set a small fire underneath [inside the house]. One of them ruptured open and the casing flew just past my head and embedded in the stairs.

That I should not lose any more weight - I would be too thin- it would be unhealthy. When they said that, I needed to lose at least 50 more lbs.

Means nothing - weight moves up and down for various reasons My weight can vary 5lbs the same day

It's a fad - just like gluten free. I've been on keto for over a year, lowest weight I've been in 30 years, not yet at goal weight, I went on it for neurologic reasons- the weight loss is a side benefit. I doubt that I could keep on it just for weight loss. I think for most people it may not be suitable. My wife is on…

Maybe I'm too blunt, but it didn't work for you - so you must not do it again - you have to do something different.

Mine was good for rehab after a broken ankle - now its a bookshelf -- i'd sell it - and use the money for my gym membership - but it has to be un-assembled to get it out if this room and down the stairs Ditto my Soloflex

I'm not stuck with their opinion and probably won't see then for another year. I just found it weird since they are normal weight themselves.

INCORRECT for normal people not part of an extreme eating experiment

The chances are, for most people, you overstate your exercise deficit and underestimate your calories eaten. So don't eat back exercise. Also heart monitors are for measuring heart rate, they are an unreliable measure of calorie burn. 1000 calories burned doing an hour of walking - not at all likely

http://www.weightwatchers.com/util/art/index_art.aspx?tabnum=1&art_id=35501 The idea that "not eating enough" causes the body to stop losing weight because it goes into "starvation mode" is a popular myth among dieters.

I went on my first vacation since starting Keto. Only 4 days, but I didn't restrict myself too much. Ate dinners in upscale restaurants, do it your self breakfast with gluten-free [not carb-free] cerial, picnic lunches [first banana in 9 months]. Dinners I allowed myself pasta, but skipped all the bread, splurged on…

Yes - glasses always with the computer - and right now my right eye is 90% good, much better than yesterday. I'm finding that pulling them down on my house give better focus. Reading a book - for the last week - I have to pull the glasses off and hold the book closer. Right now I can read fairly well with glasses on. Its…

100-150 grams of fat, protein might be a little low average is 65. I work sitting at a computer 3 days in a row 8 hours straight with a 30 minute break + other work - very hard on the eyes. Other days my hours are more flexible and I get outside for at least an hour each day and get distance vision.

No blood pressure or other issues - [based on test from 5 months ago] - but I'm eating almost zero carrots and other non-leafy vegetables. I do spend very long times on the computer with no breaks - doing paid support work.

Nonsense on the danger unless the OP is in fact taking too much protein - keto is NOT high protein

If your numbers are high - then suspect they are wrong. HRMs do not reliably measure calorie burns. I would think 1 hour cycling is less than 500, 2 hours walking unless you run the hills - less than 500
