Sometimes when I take a bite of my son's food I don't log it, but I make my portions bigger in a similar food item that I have eaten on that day. I guess I'm lazy and I don't want to take the time to put in all the ingredients for the mini pizza I made him for just one bite.

I'm in! I need this so bad! SW: 156 CW: 141 GW: 135 Weigh in Dates: 2/1- 141 2/8 2/15 2/22 2/28 So far I have lost 15 lbs, I'm half way to my goal! When I lose 5-6 lbs I will be rewarded by better fitting clothes!! Wohoo. :)
