Hi I'm 5' 6, At my heaviest i was 252 lb, I joined mfp at 249 and currently I'm 233lb so for now I wanna get under 200 and my goal is 140 but if I get to 160 I'll be very happy! I really want to reduce visceral fat. Main thing is the numbers are going in the right direction!! Best of luck!

Thanks for all the replies so far. Have been checked by the doc and all is fine, just a shock to the system trying to jog and I'll stick to walking as it will be just a beneficial. As one poster said, some people just aren't suited to running/jogging anyway. I won't be tempted to try again until i'm significantly lighter…

Thanks guys, I will stop for now and see the doc. I'll probably walk for now until I lose more weight and up my fitness level and maybe try C25k or HIIT again.

Oh thanks for starting this! I have the same problem. Always over in my sugar intake and it's down mostly to bananas, LF yoghurts and Skimmed Milk! I may ignore the sugar from fruit and milk in future. The handy thing with that column is it can highlight foods I didn't realise had so much sugar in ;)
