I say pay attention to your body and avoid injury. Personally, I think it is insane to do 30ds every day for more than 2 days straight. I've been mixing 30DS Lvl 1 (so far) 2-3 times a week along with softball, baseball and jogging. I think it is a mistake to do any one activity to intensely when starting to get in shape and the risk of injury increases with the same repetitive motions many days in a row.
