i have salads for lunch most days unless like today i miss it. ive thought of different things as its going to get cold and wont something warm, a slice of toast with weight watchers beans or spaghetti hoops a sandwich with spread or tuna with a hot soup or in my case tea, these are what ive come up with so far.

its as some have said, there really is no such thing as starvation mode, we are what we eat. to loose we need to eat less than we use then we use the stored fat. exercise is realy good we need to burn the fat as well as tone up.i havent looked but an open diary is good ,it helps people advise you and keeps you on track…

i live in the uk and wont my excess skin removed on the national health. ive had to drop 7 stones so far and have another one to go, then i need to keep at my bmi for a year. then i will have tummy done arms done and any other skin they will do.

im uk, i cook from scratch i cook for a few days at a time my diary's open. weight watchers by the way are very high cals. fresh veg is much better.

i do it all the time, i put my ear phones in iphone playing and cant hear them. mind can smell them sometimes but do i care NO LOL

dont think its the fruit or veg or even the low carbs its the best diet. i dont agree with protein powders i feel we get what we need naturally but thats me. Im sure your tummy will settle in a day or two.

i eat every night at 9pm but i dont get hungry in the day. my diary is open there are a lot of myths about dieting its how much you eat and exercise that counts.

ill tell it as it is, we over eat and dont exercise we got fat, we eat less we exercise we loose it. no excuses its quite simple. sensible eating fruit veg lean meat cut out the sugar and crap foods .... sorted.

tuna frozen vegetables anything frozen actually make your own food eg houmous, chili, lasagne etc i agree lewis, veggie chilli and lasagne or a mix of veg and mince.

veg is cheap, casseroles go a long way, when my kids were young we had very little money but i fed us well on veg fruit meat eggs. making everything from scratch , toad in the hole cheese pie home made puddings ie apples stewed crumbles pies apple dumplings.

im not total clean but eat mainly veg and fruit, i was eating this way for some months but now the hospital have told me i have to as ive been diagnosed with diverticulitis deasese
