i totaly agree, i realy struggle with maintaining. i hit my goal then seem to loose the plot. xmas out the way im realy getting this back on track.

i do ok, i dont eat much bread i dont eat potato i dont eat much pasta or rice, im diabetic and carbs are complicated sugar, cave men didnt eat carbs

veg salad cheese fruit honey chicken fish coffee mmm yogurt sugar free jelly s ok not quite clean.

ive had this thing for peanut butter, ive ate it by the spoon full. today ive had a bad diet day so ate the rest of my peanut butter and wont get any more
