i do ok, i dont eat much bread i dont eat potato i dont eat much pasta or rice, im diabetic and carbs are complicated sugar, cave men didnt eat carbs

ive had this thing for peanut butter, ive ate it by the spoon full. today ive had a bad diet day so ate the rest of my peanut butter and wont get any more

ive got tatoos had them for years, cant show you cos one is on my boob and the other is on my back, but when i loose some more i wont a new one, by the way im 66 in a few months.

I microwave mine and mash the insides or chop and add to the slow cooker mix fantastic veg

i love the english sunday roast, yorkshire pud cooked around the meat roast spuds fresh veg, nothing like it, do i have it ummm no, not unless im with family. oh and for afters apple pie and custard .
