    Thoughts please , do you think bread is bad when included in your diet , and I am talking about wholemeal seeded bread...I only have a couple of slices a day...I have heard people say it's better to cut out all together ! What do you think ?
    I eat bread and have lost weight. I just don't eat as much of it.

    But I have a gluten/wheat/soy allergy.

    So yeah, I miss bread:(

    (that's why I make my own gluten free sorghum/almond bread)

    I eat bread everyday and have never had any issues. I love bread way too much to cut it out.

    I don't think bread is evil.

    I try to eat whole grains and not white, but I think any bread in moderation is just fine.

    This "don't eat bread or grains" business is for the birds. We have been eating bread and grains for quite sometime now. Maybe it's what the food industry is doing to the wheat that could be causing problems leading the health industry to telling us it's bad. It's only bad in excessive amount. Example: Eating a whole loaf of bread.

    OP - Yes Bread is EVIL....It is the Fru-its of the D-EVIL.

    Seriously, only food that is evil is the stuff that you're allergic to, intolerant of or have a sensitivity to (like most people have a problem with wheat) unless of course you decide you need to have 2 loaves in one sitting rather than 2 slices. That might be a bit much, but hey if it fits into your calories for the day, then log it and eat it!
