it will happen, ive dropped 5 sizes noe from a uk size 22 to a uk size 12. still a few pounds to go tho.

first, google the menue and chose a low cal option, next when you go to parties dont eat all the food there pick things you know are ok and stick to small amounts drink well thats up to you, your a young lady with a mind of your own.

i am looking at a bottle of pepsi max as i speak, per 250 ml 1 cal trace sugar no fat no saturates no salt, so weres the problem with it.

there is so much rubbish about what to not eat when your pregnant, one true story when i was expecting my oldest 43 years ago i had cravings for andrews liver salts boy did they keep me running .

we all go through it chuck, youl loose, stand still then loose, its the way of the game but just keep at it. keep calls down and exercise up thats the way forward.

exactly i totaly agree. diet drinks are fine there will always some idiot that says dont have this or dont have that, whats a diet drink gonna do ...... nothing

glad you saw the light, im heading towards 70 well 65 in a few weeks and wont to be fit both for me and the grandkids.

i fill my slow cooker with chopped veg, i use different herbs and spices to make either curry , Italian, chili con carni or even just stock cubes.

i totaly agree, my cals are low but i eat realy well . Veg is brill, small portions sizes, but eat maybe 2 or 4 meals a day. good luck dont listen to idiots. Add me if youd like, and look at my diary for ideas tho i do eat the same things each dat.
