Congratulations on passing the bar. I added you!

If you can get your added sugars down real low, you should be able to get 1-2 servings of fruit in per day. Also when you exercise your MFP sugar allowance goes up. So that helps. I struggle on most days as well. I usually end up going about 10g over.

Thanks, I'll have to try that!

I weigh mine after. If the description says "potatoes, baked", I assume the weight means after it's baked. If it said "potatoes, raw" I'd weigh them raw.

feel free to browse through my diary for examples.

I would definitely eat more fruits and veggies, leans meats like chicken breast and low sodium sliced turkey, beans, brown rice, plain Greek yogurt, plain oatmeal sweetened with banana or unsweetened applesauce. Less cheese and bacon. Also the artificial sweeteners in sugar-free drinks and foods are weight loss sabotagers,

I'm questioning the Bodybugg's accuracy as well. I know it's supposed to be 90% accurate but after an intense 60min bodypump class it tells me I only burned 258 calories. Can that be right? When I'm at work it will register between 200-250 cal/hr where I don't work nearly as hard as I do in bodypump.

Yes, I can see a difference. You're making good progress for one month's time.

^^Same here

I'm also cutting down on my training. I think diet is the key to weight loss and the training gives it a boost. I think it's a good idea.

My grandmother makes the BEST chocolate pie. I don't know whats in it but it's awesome and she only makes it at holiday time.

Yes, I'm having the same problem. Half the time it won't link even though I have a solid bluetooth connection and sometimes if it does link, it wipes out all my info!!!! The BB works great but the app is worthless.

Please don't jump all over me but I believe there may be some truth to that. Not necessarily that eating organic makes you a jerk, but I think many people who are already jerks are drawn to eating organic, for little or no other reason than self-righteousness. It's really the thing I don't like about shopping at Whole…

I completely understand what you mean. Feel free to add me.

Mmmm I want to try this!!! What do you use, a food processor?
-
I love it!! Not junk as long as it's natural and no sugar in the ingredients, peanuts and salt only.
-
I love this thread!!! I can't wait to post mine when I reach my goals!!!!
-
Pretty close! My happy weight is about 3.5 lbs less than my goal weight!

I'm 18 at heart. Feel free to add me.

Oatmeal will keep you full for a long time. I mash up 1/2 a banana in mine for sweetness, 2-3 scrambled eggs, or an Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin English Muffin with 2 tbs of Smucker's natural peanut butter. Those are the 3 breakfasts I alternate between. The Ezekiel and Smucker's brand don't have any sugar added to them. Good…

^^^ Me too! Also it has no sugar added, just peanuts and salt!

I'm 5'8" too and it looks like we're about the same weight! I sent you a request.

I can't see your diary, but all those things sound good. Anything that grows out of the ground or had a mother is good. Just check the labels for hidden sugar, sodium, or preservatives. Feel free to add me. My diary is open to friends. Maybe it'll give you some ideas.

2 tbs of Organic Creamer and 1-1/2 tsp of Sugar in The Raw. I'm cutting down the amount of sugar by 1/2 tsp. each week until I can drink it without any.
-
Ok, I added you! Good Luck! I know you can do it!
-
Don't take phentermine. I used to take it and it made me depressed and I didn't even lose any weight.
-
Welcome, Kryia! I added you!

Cutting my sugars is one of my goals too. Yesterday I only went over by 4g. What I'm doing is reading labels, making sure I'm not buying anything with sugar added to it, or even artificial sweeteners (those are even worse.) Every week I'm adding 1/2 tsp less sugar to my coffee until I can drink it without any. I'm down to…
