I am so glad I came across this, I have been stuck at 138 since I had my IUD i have gained a couple pounds, than lost them, but my scale will not go below 138 I count my calories I eat healthy for the most part, but I cannot loose the weight its very depressing I have an appt to remove my IUD in just a couple of hours..
