excellent, the protein shake idea sounds pretty good, its the sort of thing i would be aiming for as a late night munchie attack food. herbal tea doesnt do it for me, but i am gonna try the shake. thanks. xx

i hear what your saying about going cold turkey for a few nights.... your quite right. i just need to suck it up and get tuff on myself. i am a strong person, but when it comes to food i am just weak. oh. it all tastes soooooooo good. if only it didnt. thanks for advice x

well, pretty much what i can get my hands on that is in the fridge. i guess stuff like leftover dinner or cheese on toast, or crackers and cheese, rice, mostly carbohydrates i reckon.

finally getting on my treadmill instead of it sitting there keeping me company while i track my food and virtually non-existent excercise. also seriously looking round for a suitable gym for me to join.

thats right, bugga the bathing suit, just get some swim shorts and a shirt and before you learn to swim , the most important thing to do is get in, get wet, splash around and have some FUN xx Its all about building confidence. go with a friend who will make you feel safe.

i love the janet evanovich books, they are freakin hilarious. like laugh out loud hilarious. you will actually lose weight from laughing, by jiggling that excess weight off........ they are kind of written in sequence ie the first one is called one for the money (i think) and then each consequent title has the next number…
