Sugar is evil. You might lose weight, but it plays havoc with your poor body. :-) But, good for you. Sugar is too addictive for me personally. I lost my weight eating veg, fruit, and meat and drinking water. I know there is no processed food racing round in my body to antagonise it. Each to their own i guess :ohwell:

Thats clever, post that picture for all those people struggling with weight loss. Nice. Not.:grumble:

I eat paleo foods, and yes it was a conscious decision, for years tried to lose weight eating 'healthy ahem' whole meal, whole grain, low fat, cereal, lotsa fruit and veg. What the heck, the joke was on me. I eat moderate protein, high fat (the good kind). No sugar, and low carb. Have lost 51 lbs in 6 months snd never felt…

Bacon eggs Tomatoes and onions fried in olive oil. Or omelette with mushroom and capsicum. Or steak n salad (yes for breakfast lol). Or a steakburger made with portabello mushrooms in place of the buns. Or meatballs in homemade tomato sauce. Or homemade fishcakes loaded with chopped veg. I freakin love breakfast time. I…

Cmon, that's a good small loss. The slower it comes off the more likely it will stay off. Don't be gutted. There are far bigger things out there to be gutted about. Seriously... :flowerforyou:

Just know that you, and you alone are responsible for what ends up in your mouth, We can all give advice, but food is an addiction. People eat because the taste makes them feel great. For a little while. Then they need more to make them feel good again. And so the vicious cycle continues. Food addiction is way worse than…

Books. In my wardrobe. In the spare room. In boxes in the garage. In the hallway. In my locker at work. Under my bed. In boxes in my room. Hey, if the library ever burns to the ground, or explodes or washes away, I am gonna have something to read lol

Its the people I haven't seen for a while that notice. As for the rest...... I don't really care. I know I have lost weight because I feel much better, and thats the main buzz. And good on you losing that much weight. You should be very proud of yoursel x

He is nothing but a big bully. If your children were older and in relationships like this, I can GUARANTEE 100% you would be telling them to get out of what is quite obviously an extremely septic situation. Get out and save yourself and you children from this NASTY man. :noway:

I have 3 meals a day, each and every meal including either fish, chicken, offal, steak or eggs. , along with heaps of avocado or olive oil (each meal) and veg or salad with each meal. oh you must feel terrible doing that. my advice is just put a GIANT FULLSTOP after that pig out, and just move on to better eating from now on. no one is perfect or superhuman, we all fall off the wagon, and we ALL have our bad days. so just make tomorrow a better one and dont beat yourself up. onwards and upwards.xxxxxxx
