Google "calisthenics"

I'd just eat some of the apple pie since it's the only thing involved that I like.

It means washed food to me. Take that triple whopper, run it under some water and bam, clean food!

Perhaps some pushup bars would help?

I think it is faster if you just don't eat at all.

Mostly beer. Lots and lots of beer. Also, was hooked on world of warcraft for a while which resulted in uncountable hours sitting on my *kitten*.

If you decide to become a vegetarian, it is important to be educated on the subject to assure that you get proper nutrition for long term health. There is more to it than just giving up meat. I would suggest checking out a book called "the new becoming vegetarian" check your local library first, I know they have it at mine.

You can check out Plantfusion. I enjoy it. I would Recommend the vanilla flavor.

If I do talk about it, I am usually drunk. It's my thing, so I keep it to myself. I do make an occasional sober comment to a certain friend that living on fast food/junk food (chips, cupcakes, etc) is no good for their health though.

That is wonderful. Makes me happy to know that there are still people out there who care about others. It does make me a bit sad though because I realize I haven't done anything recently to help someone out who is less fortunate than me. Thanks for the reminder! Have a wonderful weekend!
