Great job on finishing the kickstart! I try to stick with the meals I like between the kickstart and the fat burning meal plan and so far so good. I don't know anything about the product but if you have hypothyroidism you can't have soy. You may want to reconsider using that product, soy is very bad for people with hypothyroidism.

You should definitely take measurements because that seems to be where everyone is seeing a change. I don't want you to get discouraged if you don't see a change on the scale. You can make it through this first week and next week will be much better!!

I wasn't sure since the kickstart had its own workout plan. I actually think I could use another week doing workouts 1 & 2, I want to make sure I am getting the most out of it. I am ready to lose that 20 to 30 pounds in phase one like it says in the guide!! :happy:
