im in.. this is my worst thing.. I can follow my calories and do good.. but around 7 or so.. i want to eat constantly.. and with my bf working late and not getting home until after 1 am... its hard to watch him eat and my just sit there lol.. but im making a commitment.. no food after 8

I just finsished day 2 of leslie's one mile walk. I am hoping to work my way up to the 5 mile one but being 300 lbs I am pacing myself. If anyone out there has more than 100 pounds to loose I highly recommend these dvd's. They are an amazing workout.
