loool it should be your not rely moving around the room , aslong as you can do sit ups , jumping jacks and squats within that space you should be fine

i think i am going to start the shred again and STICK to it i have seen results from it i just dont know why i cant stick to it11

im basically using it to help me lose weight ive doing the shred level 1 on and off but because turbo jam is more cardio i though i would be losing more weight by doing that.
