Thanks so much ladies! This is very helpful. I've had in my mind that I should only be eating 1200 calories and that I should never eat back my exercise calories. Perhaps the reason I'm having a hard time sticking with it. It's so inspiring to hear that others my height are able to eat more and still lose. Thanks again!

I'm 5 feet and my goal is 115 :). For all you 5' ladies that I see posting here who are losing weight, can you please let me know what your daily caloric goal is. Mine is set at 1200 however, I've read if you are exercising that may be too low and I don't want to slow my metabolism. Any tips for us 'little gals' would be…
