  • I am bordeline or prediabetic for the last 2.5 years my fasting glucose is betweem 6.9 - lately 7.4 if I skip breakfast my glucose down to 6.2 -6.4 fasting for 18-24 hours 1x monthly keep my insulin and glucose down, so fare I do not need pils with insulin resistance it is very hard to loose weight
