  • I would love to have a group to keep me going. I started on the 17th and am hoping to loose at least 60lbs possibly more. I have a 5 year old and I am a full time 1,2,3 grade special education teacher working about 45 miles from home.
  • I would try crunches too. Also, if you have access to a pool, pool aerobics or even just laps would be very helpful. Not sure of your specific condition if the swimming would help, but if it can that would be awesome! Best of luck and I hope the surgery goes well!
  • I am not sure, but I definitely am wondering the same thing. I know I usually have heavy protein days when i do weightlifting and toning with my trainer because I have a protein shake. Also, is it bad to be under calories when you have had at least 1200 calories on a 1200 calorie diet? Or am I supposed to make up those…

  • I just started this on the 17th so I am new to the whole thing too. It is so easy to track food and what not I am loving it! I would love to have someone to keep me on track. I know that you can link "friends" on this app and the website but I don't have anyone doing this right now. Would you like to add each other?
