How much do workout and what exercise do you do? Maybe you are losing inches and not lbs. I am 5'2 and I am really slow in losing weight, but I am losing inches. And that will look nicer in the end. :smile: I would not go lower than your BMR if you do more that 3 exercise a week. And the last lbs/kg is the hardes they say.…

If you use TDEE you should NOT eat back your excersised calories ! And 2260 -20% = 1808 calories. (If you been eating the excersised calories you have been maintaining your weight :noway: Eat 1750 for 6 weeks, Use a measuring tape and not the scale for these 6 weeks. And do some weight lifting during the week..

Well a male should not go under 1800 calories and a femail 1200 calories a day.. But it's so many ways to get fat so it must be as many ways to lose it to.

Well I am 5'2 and 172lbs. My BMR is 1516 and TDEE 2085. So if I don't want to lose I eat 2085. If I want to lose I eat 2085-20% or -500. But as lon as it's not under my BMR 1516. I Have bad knees so I only do weights and walking, I have put me at light activ. Read this and maybe this will give you some better info…

How tall are you? No you don't eat calories from excersise with TDEE. I would look at sodium intake too You will figur things out, it just takes some time for some. I am still don't get some of the stuff :blushing:

If you are doing the exercise you say you are doing thats is great. Keep up with that. When I look at your diary, your sodium is to high. You have to cut down with the sodium. They do have a gym on the ship. And just drink alot of water because I know that they put alot of salt in the food. How much are you looking to lose? And I don't see any water log or veggies.. You say that you are trying to stick to 1200 cal. Is it hard? if it is then maybe you should go up 400-500 cal with that kind of exercise and not eat back exercised calories.

2 kg is 4.4 lbs, (2 X 2.2= 4.4 lbs) so I think it's a great weight loss! Do the measurements and you probably will see it in a diffrent way If you maybe try TDEE-20% you will see some other change but if you feel that what you are doing is making you feel good, why stop!

If you open your food diary we can help you from that end. But few things: Water Sodium exersice stay away from prossesed food eat veggies The hard one.. Give it some time, a few weeks at least ( If I could ge this one I would be happy ):drinker:

I am in the same situation. I have for 2 weeks done TDEE-20% and cant say that I have seen or felt any change. I know it can take some time but my mind is doubting me :(
