I also work full-time so don't end up exercising til about 1830 not ideal as i end up eating dinner really late but what else can you do?

I kept failing my fitness tests at work my size 12 jeans were getting tight started to hate the way i looked so decided if i wanted to keep my job i need to wake up and do something about it, i have now passed my fitness tests and am feeling healthy for the first time in a long time

Well done for wanting to do something forget stupid diets the best way to loose weight is to eat healthily and exercise regularly even if it is going for a walk you are still burning calories good luck to you
