I don't think that you are eating enough. and it could be what you are eating. I would also consult with your rheumatologist about healthy dieting and exercise

This is exactly how I feel. It's kind of like I won't get results if I do, but I know I will get better results with rest. I am soooo used to being a lazy bum I don't want to fall back into my old lifestyle

I weigh in once a week. Just to track progess. I know that muscle "weighs more" than fat, I am just beginning a getting rid of fat :)
