  • Welcome, I'm new too. But so far this has been the motivation I need to keep trying to eat healthy and fit exercise into each day, even if it's just a 15 minute walk. When I see that I only have 307 calories left for dinner, I take a walk and voila! I have 367 left :) This is my 4th day but I'm in it for the long haul.…
