I have been on mfp for 3-4 months and have never experienced anything like this before, to me you sound like your a deperessed negitave person!!!! And every day I read someone else's sucess story as I find them very motivationg. Are you optermistic or pesamistic??

Hi Kirsty Your article its basically the same as what I'm eating also. I take bowel-biotic's to keeps everything moving thru and it also keeps me full and 2 captuals of spirulana every day. ;-)

I had a quick look at your dairy. I think your meals are a bit un-balanced. I don't see any fruit,or salads, ?? Or water intake?? Try and eat 400 calories in every meal (Breakfast, lunch and tea) and that will still leave you 400 extra of snacks.and I never eat after 6pm. Also you can exercise for more food. Check my dairy…

Good work, I should be doing the same but want to wait till I reach my goal of 20kgs, only 9 to go then It;l be a good honest effort from me. 1 thing at a time tho, Congrat's.. ;-)

of course it is. My Mother, Father and son all died.I have good days and very ****ty days too but its up to ME to stay positave and be happy. Other people don't wana be around someone thats depressed all the time. Youve just gota laugh, love and keep learning!! ;-) Debs J

I get depression, and I find having a personal trainer really helps me as then I have some1 to be accountable to. Also then I earn more calories to eat lol, I couldnt get by only on the allocated1200 calories, if I dont eat the calories ive earned at the gym. Not very good english. I hope you understand what I mean. Debs j

Im with you, I usually ALWAYS eat back my earned carlories otherwise I'd sarve and make bad choices..

My trainer says, Put those scales away. Only weigh in ONCE a week, same time, same scales, after the dunnie ;-)

same, i usually eat my earned points, however my trainer tells me I shouldn't. Otherwise I'm too tired and hungry. Is this the norm I wonder??

Hi Im 5ft6. Im on 1200 calories a day. Some times I find that hard especially if Ive had a hard workout which is most days lol. So I sometimes have to have an extra walk to earn extra calories, to cover my intake, I hope this makes sense.
