spot reduction would be the best thing ever! lol i know how you feel i have the spare tire thing going on :( that seems to be where i gain weight the most which i HATE HATE HATE! but like everyone said just keep working at it and it will come off

count me in! I just started and its the beginning of Sept! my ideal goal weight to eventually get to is 150, ive not seen that weight since probably 2003 :( So far ive lost 2.4 of the 5 already so more than that would be epic!

I have one, I love it! As far as for like a cardio workout its not real intense but using the strength training exercises and yoga could work wonders! i'm not sure about the advanced levels on there though so maybe it could be more intense. plus not only that its fun! especially if you play with other people, very…
