starting over
how many of you have started this journey been successful for a bit then had a relapse? thats what ive just gone through. I hadnt lost much so its okay, but not helpful! What I need is advice on how to STAY successful, how to start over and keep doing well... and new friends for encouragement :)

Coaching?
Coaching can be put in as exercise and generally im very active during practice moving around catching, pitching or hitting for the girls etc. (I coach high school varsity softball) well when I go to enter it, it asks for time so we have about 2 hr practices and I put in 120mins and it says 801 calories... that just does…

Breakfast shake/drink suggestions?
Does anyone have a suggestion for a low calorie, good tasting, cheaper, filling, breakfast drink/shake? Im looking for something quick because im NOT a morning person and I dont have time to spend on breakfast. Id rather just drink something and go on my way. I tried slimfast and that hurt my stomach... so thats a fail...…

I'm new here as of yesterday :) and I wanted to share that i think this site is wonderful! I'm so happy I found something free that is actually as good as or better than weight watchers, I cant wait to get the Blackberry app when it comes out! I'm a teacher/coach and I have 62 pounds to lose to be at my goal weight!
