Coaching?

Coaching can be put in as exercise and generally im very active during practice moving around catching, pitching or hitting for the girls etc. (I coach high school varsity softball) well when I go to enter it, it asks for time so we have about 2 hr practices and I put in 120mins and it says 801 calories... that just does not seem right to me? thats ALOT.. i mean i pitched yesterday short distance and my arm is horribly sore but i just dont think thats a correct entry?

what do u guys think?

    I think what ive decided is to estimate the amount of time I'm actually doing anything i would consider downtime... cause i'm not doing stuff for the solid 120mins...
  • You could get a heart rate monitor. That might give you a better estimate of how many calories you are burning. Also like you said, subtract your down time.
