  • I have a lot of fat stored up at this time. Don't let the picture fool you, that was from many years ago and is part of my motivation to get back into shape. I wonder how starvation mode affects people who start out with a reserve of fat? I would expect if I was already lean, calories would be much more important.
  • I was a vitamin buyer for about 4 years. I am still amazed by how much I have forgotten. Magnesium is a must; I need to revisit foods that are rich in magnesium. I prefer to get my nutrients from food vs. supplements.
