i started a week ago and lost 3 pounds i am only 5'3" and at 145 now with the 3 pounds off...my goal is 120

this is a little off the subject but shouldn't there be calories burned on the strenght training side like there is on the cardio side? or am i missing it.

I am with you i am 148 and just want to get to 125 and fit into smaller clothing i am starting today by cutting out soda first it is my worst enemy!:happy:
