Day 2 done - have to organize what weights I will use. Been using 5 lbs for shoulders and dam are they sore. Loving the combination of exercises from her. Love doing the cardio & weights altogether. Haven't taken my before measurements so I guess I should do that so I have a comparison when I'm done -will keep you posted…

With some help from someone on here I just started eating 1600 calories everyday whether I exercise or not. I do workout minimum 4-5 days /week usually more. this is week#1 so I can keep you posted. I am 5'5-1/2" -

I do this everyday so I can see where I am on my macros and helps me plan what to eat at dinner.

P90X has great strength training with a mix of cardio if desired and yoga. I have done 2 rounds and really enjoEDy it!

I have P90X - great strength training - Insanity - great cardio - Jillian 30 day shred - combination of both. Brett Hoebel - Rev Abs - combination of both I use all of them to switch it up and looking into purchasing Les Mills Pump

I am dong 30DS with Jillian right now and P90X just to change things up a bit. I haven't heard of her Ripped in 30? Is that a DVD package that you can buy. I like to have an assortment of DVD's, Insanity, Rev Abs etc. just to keep things interesting and at my age I need to keep active for alot of reasons besides trying to…

I am doing 30DS mixed with P90X. I can't do the same thng everyday . I have 2 rounds of P90X under my belt and 1 round of 30DS. I think it will be more fun to mix. I work out Mon- Fri and take the weekend off so I can still manage a social life and visiting with my grandson and kids!

Wow - Great job!! I will be 48 this year and also a Nana!! Very inspiring - I am building my home gym with weights now also - Just installed a pull up bar so here we go!!!
