MY goals - 5x5 Stronglifs 3x/week as well as Tony Hortons 10 minute trainer right after each workout - drinking my water 96 oz/day -cut out any sweets after dinner except fruit < this is a hard one for me If I can do that throughout the Christmas season I will be happy!!!

Thats me too - Determined to stay focused over the holidays and allow myself 1 cheat day on Christmas Day only. I am currently doing 2 programs - 5 x 5 stronglifts 3 x/week and tony Horton 10 minute workout right after. Feeling good so far and would like to stay that way. Jayne

You should really give yourself a minimum of 3 months to really see a difference. Hopefully you took messurements so you can see the difference. If not - take them now and pictures. The scale doesn't tell all! Good luck in your journey

I did 3 rounds of P90X and 1-1/2 of instanity and much preferred P90X. Insanity is too much repetition for me and I was bored and only really completed 1-1/2 rounds of it.

If you life in Ontario go down to the wineries especially Konzelmans - the best price for Cab Sab and great taste - this is a dry wine which is the only wine I will drink but I'm sure they have others you will enjoy!

Level 1 - Day # 3 last night. I am feeling it this morning. Arms feel tired - I am using 5 lb weights for the squat-shoulder press and 12 lbs for the deadlift. -
