That is true, I try to spend a couple of hours to prep them for the next few days to a week. Frozen veggies are good when youre short on time. They make ones that steam in the bag, you just throw them in the microwave. Those are my emergency veggies lol

See if you can find a local farmers market.. Fresh veggies are a million times better than frozen or canned (in my opinion anyway) so you might even like things you think you dont.

When I input all of my info, MFP suggested 1220 to me, probably because I'm relatively short and was pretty inactive at the time but I think I need to revamp my goals because Im much more active now and I don't think 1220 is cutting it for me anymore.

As you log your food on a regular basis you'll start to realize you can have a tiny bit of one thing or a lot of somehing else. It's definitely made me more conscious of what I eat and how much.

My bf doesn't think I need to lose weight but he helps me along the way because he knows I want to. He built me my bike as a Valentines day present and goes riding with me. Its nice to be able to share healthy hobbies. I've only just started so theres no noticable difference yet but its nice that we can do this together.

I make jewelry that I sell on etsy.. or I'll go for a bike ride, do laundry, clean up, plan my meals for the week.. Sometimes I even get really crazy and catch up on sleep lol
