Fixed gear just means no coasting. Basically if my legs stop pedaling, my bike stops moving. For me, its a better way to make sure I am exercising the entire time Im on my bike.

This weather really does suck. We (here in NYC) had about two days of spring and now its back to cold and rainy all day, every day!

Im going to be honest.. the Queens one kind of sucked but they do have ducks lol. Im going to go again when it gets much warmer and see if maybe a lot of stuff hasnt bloomed yet.

Awesome! Im training for my first bike tour on July 7th. It's 20 miles. I've never done an actual organized ride before. It should be fun, Its going all around my neighborhood and a few surrounding. It'll be nice to be able to ride around NYC without having to worry about getting hit by a car lol
