I'm doing RI30 right now, on my 2nd day of Level 3. I HATED Level 2 with a passion. I think I only did Level 2 for 5 days before I decided to move on. I also have EIA (exercise induced asthma), and it was very hard in the beginning. It probably took me 5 days to get to where I could finish level 1. I have spent 15 days on level 1 due to my EIA, and am finally feeling ready to move on to level 2.
