I am 5'2" and I started at 200 last September. I lost 20lbs and then have just coasted going up and down 5lbs. Finally got back at tracking on MFP. I am 5'2. The top of my range according to WW is 135. I have decided to set small goals and make sure I can maintain those goals before going to extreme. My next goal is 160 which I am about 20lbs away from. I think that will help me get rid of my second spare tire under my rib cage.

The green bags work good, I have used them. Then I got the fridgesmart containser from tupperware. They are fantastic. I buy roman at Costco in the 6 pack and it will last up to two weeks in there. Worth the investment to save on the waste.

I bought a 3 month on line WW membership. Their tracker was very cumbersome to use. They hardly have any food in it so I ended up adding many things. The rules I follow are: Take your goal weight and mulitply it by 10 if you are seditary, 11 if you are moderately active, or 12 if you are very active. This is the base calorie amount to get to that goal weight.

I am in the same boat. I read about melting it and taking it in that form. But I really struggle with taking oil. I think the health benefits would be great if I could figure out how to get it in me. Supposed to be a great detoxification tool for the body. Looking for tips.

I stopped drinking all pop and eliminated all artificial sugars from my diet. It was the best thing I ever did. I still drink coffee and get my sugar fix from Maple Syrup in it but I feel way more healthy. It is a challenge because outside of the house there seems to be nothing to drink but water.
