yes!!! i have facial hair in my chin, upper lip, and neck plus big sideburns. I wax and tweeze every week if not more. i have been doing this for 9 years...since i was 14!!! and i am growing tired of this regimen. i want to save up for laser removal. i have been researching it and sound like something permanent and helpful.
