I would say try to get your carb level around 90/100g a day, lower your sugar intake to about 30g or less and try to cut out 500mg of sodium. I would really say can the soda, it's loaded with stuff that just takes forever to get out of your body and try adding in some fruit in the day. Please don't hit me ( hides )

I would say bring your carbs down to like 80/90g in a day and bring down your sugar intake for the day to about 28g or less and see if you start seeing some changes. I would say go for it on only eating 1/2 of the calories back. That's pretty much what I do. Once a year I watch all 3 extended version. This year I plan to watch them in November, which is also the month I watch Planes, Trains and Automobiles ( another movie I watch yearly, near Thanksgiving ) I can't wait till December... The Hobbit FTW!

I go by half my weight and usually subtract it by 10. I read something on this a while back. So for me 157g, 147g. Usually in a normal non workout day I hit around 140g to 150g, if I work out I'm usually am around 170g.
