Bagel Bites, I would cook up a whole box and eat them up in a few minutes. I'm also lactose intolerant and wouldn't take my pills to help with it, so in the end I was in trouble.

Maybe if you didn't eat so much you could fit in that seat. Hearing you breathe heavily makes me uncomfortable. I have heard so, so much more to not only me but to others. I would have to say those are the two that hurt me the most.

Sorry I haven't been really apart of this challenge in the way I should of been. Everyone seems to be doing pretty wonderful on there numbers and should be all very proud of what they have accomplished in a short amount of time, even though it may feel like forever. Awesome work everyone! =)

I choose neither, there's always something else added in it that I have to be worried about. I may be a small percentage of people like this, but when I see fat free or sugar free and a dozen of other ingredients added in the product, I just feel uneasy about eating something that may be even worse for me.

Try to get your sodium under 2k the best you can and that should help turn you around.

When I started doing Cardio in the gym in late June. I would say it took me at least 6 visits to the gym, to finally be less sore, less tired and have an increase in my energy level.
