I have a Polar FT4, I burn 100 calories/10 minutes. My best workout was 1,000 in 90 minutes. I would say they are overestimating or doing some crazy things.

Thought this too. I added the two hours I already watched after work and before going to the gym then the two the show was and watched four hours myself. I totally LOVED the deck of card workout and definitely LOLed at the ACE OF BURPEES!

Burpees for sure! I do Insanity and Shaun T calls them suicides which is properly named... After reading the other posts, I love mountain climbers; I could do them all day before doing one burpee correctly.
