From a quick glance, I think there are a lot of inaccuracies within your logging. I recommend going to see a dietician. The quality of your diet is lacking..to say the least. You're not eating enough according to what's logged. The types of foods you do eat are not ideal for someone who has PCOS.

huh? im glad you found something that works for you where weight loss is concerned..but your explanation for why it is working is completely wrong. your body isn't going to store fat if you don't eat every two hours. your body will store fat if you eat more calories than you are burning.

i don't think people are joking around about eating meat because they are selfish and don't care about the environment.. they're probably doing it because its asinine to suggest that eating less meat is going to help with climate change. there are larger contributing factors to be addressed.

coffee in the morning. when I've had three mugs of that i switch to herbal (usually peppermint) tea or water. i sometimes have another mug of coffee at night and add coconut oil or heavy cream, depending on my macros.

if you can, i would try to eat beforehand, bring something, or wait. my SO's mother told me last minute that they were having pizza, cake, and ice cream Monday night. I can not eat those things so I had some tuna before we went over, drank water while there, and filled in the rest of my calories after we got home.
