If you like running, have you tried the C25K app? It's free, and trains for a 5K. For me, having the accountability to a race motivates me. You could sign up for something like that, for the future. I started using MFP this past January. It is definitely doable!! I have about 25 more to go until my goal, and about 9 more until 100lbs gone! Every day is a decision. Every workout is a decision. I really think weight loss is 90% mental. You can do it, for sure!!

I recently started running, and as a military spouse and stay-at-home mother of 2, I live by workout DVD's! If it weren't for them, i would NEVER get to work out!! I have about 25 more pounds to go until I finally can start maintaining. If you ever need a pep-talk, just let me know! :)

I have always used the 5 lbs for every inch over 5'., so that would be around 145.
