Am learning that moving means get up and move, even a little. Around the block is a quarter of a mile, so I go twice around the block from time to. Then when I do a longer walk, it all really adds up. Feels good. As an aside, I set that 75 miles goal after exploring two other 90-day challenges. Oops. Never meant for that…
