I work for a French company and they tell me the Nutella in France is different/better so they bring jars of it back to the US with them., lol I have never really liked it, so don't understand the fuss.

I would recommend a few sessions with a CPT to get you on the right path.

I work out around 430 am. I have either Jack 3d or Beachbody Energy and Endurance Pre-Workout Formula when I am home. When I am traveling I just make a cup of hotel room coffee before I work out.

Just turned 56.. went from 210 to 155 in 2012 and then spent the next 2 years going back to 185. I am now back down to 167, on my way to 145-150. It is slower to lose now, no matter how much I watch calories and exercise. But I do lose, as long as I stay active and exercise. Just have to stick with it. I know for me, the…

Funny this topic popped up on the featured topic on my feed, because I am ready to leave for a cheat meal. :) My kids are talking me out for my birthday tonight. (10 days late, but it is the first time they have a day off at the same time. They are both nurses, and work crazy shifts) Historically, for ME, cheat days…

Often it is when she says it that makes a hug difference.. such as "Beige, I think I will paint the ceiling beige." Said at the wrong time can really be the worst thing to hear!

I find my FT7 to be remarkably consistent. Number of minutes vs calories burned it reports But heck, what do I know. I have only lost 9 pounds this month doing it the way I do. I tried exercise only for the first 10 days this month. That was not doing it alone. So I logged back into MFP to log food, exercise, everything,…

I look at it as a benchmark, something to show day to day consistency, or not. Kind of like your bathroom scale. Is it truly accurate? It does not really matter, as long as you use the same scale each time. It will show you whether you are gong up or down. I use a HRM to plug in my exercise routine calories burned. My…

Congratulations! It is a great feeling, isn't it? I know when I crossed the 50 lb mark, it was awesome. :) Now I am 10 lbs away from getting BACK there again.

Until I was 30, I was the skinny guy. No hips, no shoulders, chopstick. :) around 5'10" and 135. People used to see me eat and tell me that I must have a tape worm or something, get to the doctor. It never really bothered me much. Once I hit 30, that all changed, as the weight started coming, peaking at 210.5 in 2011 When…

I work for a French company. When I go back to the home office, I am amazed at the food. They tell me it is the smaller portions, eaten over a long period of time, that helps. When they take me out, 2 hours is the shortest dinner I have ever had, most are 3 even 4 hours. Combined with a lot of walking that most urban…

Using my Fitbit Flex plus a Polar FT7 during exercise. MFP seems to be doing the calculations for me. Anyone else use a FT7?

I hardly ever post, but this tread is priceless... geez I THINK the OP was just trying to say, he loves big butts, even if they are fat, as long as they are big. But I think OP needs to read over his word choice before he clicks that "Post" button As for me, I love a big butt, which is kinda tough for me, since I prefer…

For me, that is important. There are times when no tattoos will be more appropriate. :)

I am doing the Power90 workout now, day 79 of 90. Some of the weight routines, he says to hold for a few seconds, and I know it makes a huge difference in the intensity. Yes, I think isometrics do work.

Check around your town for a DEXA body scan. That is now considered the most accurate. Here in the Seattle area, about $100. Painless, just lay on a table while the scanner moves back and forth over your body. Mine came with a break down of all my body parts and where the muscle, bone, and fat was. No way you are 41%

I admit to being a bit obsessed, lol I am so close to my goal, I really want to see that number on the scale.
