  • That is a tricky question but the way I address it is by the end of the day if I have left over calories then if im hungry Ill eat something if not I pat myself on the back and call it a good day.

  • Ive been using this app for about a month now and you can really see results! I definitely feel a lot stronger in my arms and back. I run so these workouts are awesome for addressing the other muscles that need working.
