I didn't know how to start a new thread. But here's hoping this works. I've been at this for 6 weeks - lose 4 pds gain back the same amount repeat. Frustrated! A typical day is I'll work out with my trainer and burn anywhere from 350-500 cals 4x a week. Sometimes more if I'm not discouraged. Should I stop eating at the…
