I can't do bicycle crunches because of lower back problems so I just do more normal crunches :)

1. Tesco 1% fat milk - Have it with my cereals every day 2. Carrots - With a good ol' Sunday roast every week 3. Kingsmill 50/50 bread - Not sure why this is so high. I've been eating a lot less bread recently!

Don't be an *kitten*. There's nothing wrong with people admitting they've lost motivation and asking for encouragement.

Naturally, if you gain a ton of weight your tattoos are gonna stretch. Just like if you get pregnant and have a tattoo under your belly button (yeah bad idea Zoe). And when you lose weight I would imagine they start to reshape, but if the skin is too far gone and lost it's elasticity there may be no hope for them.

I have back problems too and swimming is my main exercise as well as using the elliptical. I try to swim every weekday; a mile in 55 minutes, mixing up backstroke and breaststroke. Swimming and improving my diet, I've lost 2 stone :)

Eat it like this: There's barely half a teaspoons of Nutella and peanut butter in each bite but tastes gooood. And it's healthier. One of your 5 a day!
