I am in the same boat. I have not gained or lost in a month already and I have my last 10 pounds to loose. Its driving me crazy. I am trying to zig zag and hoping that will help. If not then I will try something else. We will see on Monday if that helps. My weight in is then. Regards, Tanya

So unfortunatly I gained 2 pounds this week so now I am at 136 pounds. I have been going to so many parties lately that its getting kinda hard to loose weight. Good Morning Everyone! SO I lost 3 pounds this week. So I am down to 134 pounds. I wanna loose 5 more pounds and then as a treat for myself I will get my belly button pierced. Can't wait! I am 5'2" 35yrs old and my goal weight is 130 right now. I may adjust it though once I am there. We will see. But, I know my healthy weight starts at 136 so I am almost there. I weigh 138 now.

I recently did with my husband but with us , both of us need to loose weight so in my case its actually incouraging because we are doing it together and we are motivating each other.
