At the same weight for a month
So I have been at the same weight for a month now. I fluctuate between 142 and 145. I just don't know what I am doing wrong anymore. I eat 1200 calories a day, sometimes less and I excersice 5 to 6 days a week about an 30 min to 45 min a day doing walking or treadmill and still no weight loss. Any help would be…

Fluctuating weight
My weight has been fluctuating up and down by 2 pounds the last 2 weeks. Is that normal. I just want the scale to go down and stay that way consistantly.

Can't believe I'm here already!
So I've been trying to loose weight for 3 1/3 months and I finally reached my goal. With the help of Myfitnesspal, I have lost almost 20 pounds in that time. I decided to loose 10 more pounds but I can't believe I am finally here. I feels great and I just had to share. :bigsmile:Tanya

I can't believe...
I just have to share that I have'nt been at this weight for a very long time. It took me a little more than 2 months and now I am down to 141 and only 6 more pounds until I finally hit my goal. I just can't believe I am finally at this stage. I am very happy right now:bigsmile: -Tanya
