Those shoulder presses were hard work. I am in pain right now and I only used 3 pound weights.

Walked an additional mile today toward the challenge. Making it 6 miles total so far.

Challenges done and 1 mile walked instead of the steps. I only drank half my water today and I am over my calories by 100. I don't really have an excuse, its all me. I had a date night with my hubby tonight and I over endulged.

Hi Guys, for today's challenge if we run or jog, instead of stair climbing, does anyone know how long we have to run or job. I typically walk and not used to running or jogging so a time would definatly help me in the challenge.

Okay, so it is so nice here in New Jersey that I am thinking of walking some more after work for an additional 2 miles. That will be a total of 5 miles toward the challenge.

Sorry I keep blabbing but I feel really good today and I just noticed that I am almost half way to my goal weight already! Yay!

Oh, I forgot to tell you guys. I got a HRM that counts calories so now I will know exactly how much I burn when I work out. So excited to use it today for the first time.

LOL! Sorry Lori. I promise I will be good today. I actually lost a pound. How I have no clue. So far I only walked 1 mile towards our challenge but I will be walking today too. So it will be a total of 2 to 3 miles by the end of today.

Sorry guys, I was really bad today. I ended up going out for happy hour. Drank alcohol and ate bad foods. I only went 200 calories over which is not so bad but I just got home so I did'nt even do any of the challenges. I am walking tomorrow 2 miles during lunch so hopefully that will make up for some of this. I am sooo…
