This is a great site with lots of resources. You'll do great!
-
Lets get it done!
-
Your time is needed, but it's worth it.
-
You will get that weight off and be able to keep up with your kids! Great attitude and the fear is normal. Open up that journal to others and start adding some helpful people to your friends. Can't wait to see those pounds melt off you!
-
Sure it's a journey but you are more than capable of getting there. Share your journal and start logging everything!

A lot can be done in 3 months. You should definitely open up your dairy so others can take a peak at what you are eating. 1200 is on the low end for your height and weight though. What kind of exercise are you getting? So many questions!
-
Keep your chin up. Just start logging and things will change.
-
Congrats on the twins! Are you logging all your calories? It's gotta be tough when you're nursing twins though :\
-
Feel free to add me if. 90 days and going strong on MFP and I've even started working out. 30lbs more to lose here, already lost about 30.
-
I'm onboard. What are you up to this far? What's your goal?
-
Well, I suggest praying to God to give you the will to pursue a healthy eating regiment and maybe some exercise along the way. You can and will do it with the right support and determination.

Binding of Isaac was different. Pretty enjoyable. Soo many games, so little time.
-
You'll do great. In extremely motivated at the moment be have 30 more to lose. Originally from Cambridge,Massachusetts here:)

To live is to die or Orion are by far 2 of my favorites......man those songs are amazing.
-
I've found that the Omron device is within about 2 percentage points "usually" of a more expensive tanita scale.

Gamers unite! Gamer with some awful eating habits here. I was at 270lbs and am down to 238, but still have a *kitten* ton of weight to lose. Feel free to add me if you enjoy sarcasm or maybe want to kick my *kitten* in-game.

Hey guys! Name is Kevin and a geeky IT guy from Boston, but living in Idaho the last 9 years. My highest weight was about 270lbs. I'm currently at 238 and hoping to break the 200 mark sooner than later. I have some horrible snacking habits, especially when I'm gaming later at night. I also enjoy the occasional alcoholic…

There is always plastic surgery to take care of just the extra skin my friend. Don't let that get you down! I will have this issue as well I'm sure, but get there first and then battle that problem.
-
Yes, open up that diary and let us in! You may still be eating too much or not enough of the right items.

I think most of us have been guilty of making excuses. Life changes can spark more excuses, but no one is going to exercise for you. If you have a husband/partner feel free to leverage that help and go to the gym on alternating days. I have a little one and between both my wife and I having a job and life obligations we…

I have a few of these that I use when my knee pain gets pretty bad. You may want to give them a shot. They are low profile and don't bother me once they get warmed up. http://www.amazon.com/Mueller-Jumpers-Strap-1-Count-Packages/dp/B00267SFDE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1432844216&sr=8-1&keywords=patella+straps

I'm with this guy. I can't drink and recover like I used to when I was younger. Keep it to Friday/Saturday and maybe stay away from the mixed drinks that just end up piling on more sugar than the alcohol itself already provides. I won't give up my social drinking though, even if it does inhibit my health n some ways.
-
Holy crap, 140lbs!?! Congrats!
-
Hey Kim, are you still in the challenge? I'm doing it here in Coeur d' Alene :)
-
Funny how a relationship will sometimes perpetuate these things. I know I've gained 40lbs since I've been married, lol.
-
I have knee pain that I deal with constantly whenever I exercise. There are straps and braces that may help you during your workouts/hiking. Also, ice/heat/sports cream and Aleve seem to help me a lot. I'd just make sure you don't have any actual damage down there by getting checked out by Dr. and maybe get some…

My son has Crohns and I struggle with IBS myself at times. I know how hard it can be to have a healthy diet that is gut friendly.
-
Happy Birthday and welcome! You can do this!
-
Welcome!
-
Awesome, even better! I too want to fit into nicer looking clothes and that's my motivation. Otherwise I'm pretty healthy, but have been on the bigger side for far too many years. The older I get the harder it is to come off....so it needs to be dealt with now.
